Tonight: Our temperatures will take a noticeable tumble versus the phenomenal warmth we had today. We are looking at a low of 37, which under somewhat brisk NW winds at 10 mph, will feel like quite a shock! Otherwise, the clouds that settle in overnight will actually work to slow that temperature tumble a bit.

Tomorrow: Outside of some possible clearing, things look to be on the much cloudier side. While we warm up a bit, we're only expected to reach the middle 50s & that can depend on how much cleating we get. The evening hours look to be the cloudiest with the precipitation from our main event - The Friday storm - working through our area late night into the early morning hours with increasing winds.

7-day Forecast: Our strong storm undoubtedly is the big weather story of the next 7 days, with the possibility for strong winds, heavy rainfall & a possibility for some strong thunderstorms. There is a small chance at the front (and maybe the back end of the storm system) where we may see some mixed wintry precip, so you may want to look out for some snow and/or sleet before we deal with that heavy rainfall that could lead to a soaking 1-2 inches of rain that may lead to some flooding concerns with the soil still rather moist from Monday's storm. Stay tuned and weather aware with us here at NewsLink Indiana, and listen to updates from us and the National Weather Service as we roll closer to this event Friday. Otherwise, we warm up to near 60 on Monday as high pressure pushes in, so another chance for some spring-like weather to look forward to as we work into next week!
