Thoughtful Thursdays begin May 19

Ball State's Counseling Center will host a series of events throughout National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. Ellen Lucas, the associate director of outreach consulting psychology, will be holding a discussion about fad diets in the Student Center Pineshelf room from 5 to 6 p.m. on March 1. Stephanie Amador // DN File 

Beginning May 19, Ball State University's Working Well Program is offering a 15-20 minute Mindful Meditation session over Zoom every Thursday until June 16. These events are not only a part of the Working Well Program, but also through the BSU Mindful Meditation Partnership.

These sessions will be led by graduate students from the Ball State Counseling Practicum Center. Emailing workingwell@bsu.edu about these sessions can register those interested for individual sessions or every session, where an email will be sent with information shortly after.
