MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) -
Skies will be mostly clear today, with warm temperatures in the region. Winds may be gusty, but the wind chill effect won't be felt until tonight. Go outside and enjoy this weather before the cool-down that lies ahead.
Clouds will be moving in this evening and into the overnight hours, possibly bringing in a slight chance (10%) of a snow shower or two. No accumulation is expected. Temperatures will dip into the lower 20s during the overnight hours, with wind chills heading down into the teens.
Tomorrow morning will start off very chilly, as winds gusting as high as 25mph will bring the temperature of 29 at 8AM down to a wind chill of 18 degrees. Make sure to grab your winter coat tomorrow! We won't see much daytime relief of the wind chills, with chills of 24 degrees at noon. Cloudy skies will be the rule before some clearing occurs in the evening and overnight hours.
A mix of sun and clouds will be the rule, with little to no precipitation expected in the 7-day forecast. We'll have a brief cool-down tomorrow and Thursday before returning to above-average and beautiful highs for the weekend, and the start to the work week next week.
