The women’s tennis team will travel to Cincinnati, Ohio, this weekend to compete in the second Cincinnati Invitational.

In last season's tournament, Ball State won four of six singles matches, while going 2-1 in doubles play.

Host school Cincinnati, Xavier and Bowling Green will also participate in the two-day tournament.

The Cardinals most recently competed Sept. 20 in their season-opening matchup, a doubleheader against Butler. Ball State won 12 of 14 singles matches and all six doubles competitions.

Ball State will have had two weeks to prepare for the invite, which begins Oct. 10 and ends Oct. 11. Times will be announced.
