Coming off a road loss to Toledo, the Ball State men’s basketball team will host Western Michigan on Wednesday.

The Cardinals lost to the Broncos on the road Jan. 26, 53-62. In that loss, Ball State shot 30 percent from the field and committed 21 turnovers.

Ball State may be without its top rebounder Wednesday as senior center Majok Majok has an ankle injury. He missed Sunday’s game because of the injury.

This will be Ball State’s final home game before Senior Day, when the team plays Central Michigan on Saturday.

Seniors David Brown and Shayne Whittington lead the Broncos. Whittington is a two-time Mid-American Conference West Player of the Week. Brown has won it once.

Western Michigan is 18-8 on the season and in the midst of a seven-game winning streak. The game tips off at 7 p.m. at Worthen Arena.
