SEASONS ENDED OVER BREAK:
• MEN'S BASKETBALL: Lost 85-77 in overtime to eventual MAC Tournament Champion Ohio March 7 in the MAC Tournament opening-round game at Worthen Arena, ending the Cardinals' season at 15-15.
• WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: Lost 67-56 to No. 2 seed Toledo in the Quarterfinals of the MAC Tournament at Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena. Ball State's season ended with a 14-17 overall record.
• MEN'S SWIMMING AND DIVING: Finished sixth out of seven teams in the MAC Championships held in Ypsilanti, Mich., March 4-6. The Cardinals' top performer in the Championships was Ben Battjes, who finished third in the 50-freestyle finals (20.54).
