Eli Brunsman, a freshman at Ball State, started college ahead of the game. Brunsman earned several college credits from five dual credit and Advanced Placement classes she took at Muncie Central High School. Brunsman said her experiences in AP classes have helped prepare her for college-level coursework at Ball State.
More than 200 volunteers took on improvement projects around Delaware County Thursday as part of the second annual United Way Day of Action. Members from 15 different organizations including banks, nonprofits, education and health services, and artists helped give a facelift to several individuals and nonprofits throughout Muncie and the surrounding areas.
