Butt plugs, vibrators and lube were all prizes participants of Bingo After Dark could win in Park Hall’s Hargrave Multipurpose Room on Thursday, March 23. Ball State’s Student Action Team (SAT) and Health Wellness and Promotion Advocacy (HPA) partnered together for the sex education event.

Ball State’s David Owsley Museum of Art (DOMA) embraced an anti-Valentine’s Day theme at the DOMA After Hours event Friday. The event was from 5-8 p.m., and included a variety of activities and events, such as cross stitching, fortune telling, anti-speed dating and creating ex-effigies.

When the words “China Virus” and “Kung Flu” came out of former President Donald Trump’s mouth, he didn’t believe it caused more risk toward Asian Americans of violence, according to the Associated Press. Yet as of August 2021, 9,000 incidents of anti-Asian hate have been reported, according to AAPI Hate Crimes. A month into 2023, violent incidents of anti-Asian hate continue to plague the United States.
