With the growing popularity of eSports, BSU students have created their own team and are competing nationally. They join 200 chapters across North America that are part of Tespa, a “network of college clubs founded to promote gaming culture and host the best college eSports events and competitions.”
Illuminate: Sensory Arts Festival 2017, hosted by Muncie EDMC and held at Be Here Now, was LITerally lit up by glow sticks, strobe lights and people’s happiness as they danced the night away to electronic dance music. INstruct aims to teach viewers about how to play instruments. Our goal is to show people that music doesn't have to be a profession or lifestyle and can be just a hobby. During this episode of INstruct, Grant King, a junior construction management major, teaches the audience about how to play the G chord. King has been playing guitar for 10 years.
