With Thursday’s win, the Cardinals tied their season series with the Bearcats after suffering a 3-0 sweep at Worthen Arena on Feb. 7.
The Cardinals began their five-match MIVA road trip Tuesday with a 3-0 loss to No. 15 Purdue Fort Wayne.
