Tonight: Increasing cloud cover tonight as the next weather system moves in. Twenty percent chance of scattered showers into tomorrow morning. Lows reaching into the mid-fifties.
Tonight: For tonight the rain will be moving out, clouds will be with us early then gradual clearing as the night continues. Temperatures will be holding in the upper 50s with southwest winds at 10 mph.
Warning: Plenty of rain today for the first day of fall. Over an inch and a half of rain fell here in Muncie. This lead to a flood warning being issued for parts of the white river from Indianapolis up through Anderson. That warning is in effect until Saturday.
Today: Rain showers continue throughout most of the day. We will see the heaviest rainfall around the evening commute, so be sure to take it easy out on the streets as there is a possibility of flooded roadways. There is a Flash Flood Watch in effect until tomorrow morning for Blackford and Jay counties. Winds will be on the breezy side coming out of the north at 10-15 MPH, gusts up to 35. A high of 59 degrees for the day.
Tonight: Showers will continue and temperatures will drop to the lower 50s. Winds will increase throughout the night and could possibly reach gusts of 20 mph.
Today: Heading into Fall, Muncie along with its surrounding cities are off to a rainy start. There are scattered, heavy showers expected this Tuesday. A high for today is 76 degrees, while a low tonight near 61 degrees.

It was a very beautiful day today, following a night of showers and thunderstorms last night. We saw cloudy skies for a good majority of the day, but clearing skies later in the afternoon.
Tonight: Severe storms possible before 10pm. A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for Grant and Blackford counties until 11pm. The greatest threat being damaging winds and heavy rainfall. Otherwise isolated showers and thunderstorms. A low of 66 with winds coming from the southwest at 5-10 mph.

Tonight, tracking the possible threat of severe weather, Grant County is in a Slight Risk (2/5) for severe weather, while the rest of the viewing area is under a Marginal Risk (1/5). Main threats include frequent lightning, isolated heavy downpours, and the potential for flash flooding.

This is 3 degrees shy of the record of 91 degrees set back in 1999. Although we did not reach 90 today, we have seen 23 days this year so far of 90+ degree temperatures.

Tonight: Happy Earth Day everyone! Mostly clear conditions tonight with a south westerly wind at 5-10 mph. Temperatures remain cool tonight with a low near freezing at 33°F. Another Frost Advisory in effect late tonight into Friday morning for most of the viewing area.

By the time we get to daybreak, snow accumulations will total 1-3" for areas west of I-69, and 2-3" to the east, with isolated areas seeing 4"+. Travel impacts will be minimal tonight, but as the temperatures drop below freezing and the snow begins to stick, travel will become more slick overnight.
