Before its two week hiatus from the court, Ball State Men’s Volleyball (11-2, 5-1 MIVA) secured one more victory in its home sweep over Quincy University (3-9, 0-6 MIVA) by scores of 25-22, 25-17 and 25-19 respectively Feb. 25.
It was a successful night for Ball State Men’s Volleyball (10-2, 4-1 MIVA) at Worthen Arena as the Cardinals defeated Lindenwood (3-7, 1-4 MIVA) in four sets. After their loss against Loyola Chicago, head coach Donan Cruz said it was important to get a win.
Entering a home tilt against Loyola Chicago (8-5, 4-0 MIVA), Ball State Men’s Volleyball (9-2, 3-1 MIVA) was undefeated in six matches at home and undefeated in their first three Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) matches.
Taking a bus an hour and a half south on I-69, Purdue Fort Wayne Men’s Volleyball (8-5, 2-1 MIVA) did not have to travel far for their Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) matchup against Ball State Men’s Volleyball (9-1, 3-0 MIVA) Feb. 17.
