Ball State students and community members gather at Westside Park on Sept. 16 to volunteer at the Annual White River Clean-up. The White River Clean-up was responsible for removing over 96,000 pounds of trash and 600 tires from our beautiful river. The cleanup happens statewide every September. The White River Cleanup is sponsored by the Stormwater Management Department and organized by Muncie-Delaware Clean & Beautiful.

The Ball State University Police Department hosts a free bike registration station outside of Dehority Complex on Aug. 31. Participants got a slice of pizza for registering.

The field hockey team defeated Ohio 4-1 in their game against Ohio on Aug. 27 at Briner Sports Complex. The Cardinals next home game is against Kent State on Oct. 6.
