Prontbriand remarked, “We could be running at [100 frames per second] if it was just graphics, but because of AI, we're still limited to 30 frames per second.”Ubisoft released Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag on the launch day of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The open-world game ran at 30 fps in 900p.
