Job fair provides hope for graduates

Employee relations at Ball State's Career Center has spent the past year preparing for the Fall 2015 Job Fair.

Employers spend all day on campus looking for potential employees.

James Mitchell, the associate director for employee relations, gives tips on how students can make the most out of this experience.

"It really is an investment of time and human capital, which tells us that there's something going on," Mitchell said.
