BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — A popular Bloomington nightspot where an Indiana University student spent several hours before disappearing has been cited by Indiana excise police on two charges.
Cpl. Travis Thickstun said Thursday that Kilroy's Sports Bar was cited Thursday for allowing a minor to loiter and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor.
Police have said 20-year-old Lauren Spierer of Greenburgh, N.Y., spent the evening with friends at Kilroy's before her disappearance on June 3. She has not been seen since in public.
A message seeking comment was left at the bar Thursday.
