Voting closed Friday at 6:45 p.m. for the 10 Student Government Association At-large Caucus senate seats.
The senator-elect candidates will be appointed to their positions later this week during the inauguration ceremony.
Kendra Kimbel, Kevin Thurman, Kayla Pickersgill, Jacob Kluth, Ethan Fields, Beau Browning, Emily Luse, Austin Hostetter, Mary Karner and Angela Ziolkowski will fill these 10 positions.
Despite all the complications during the election process, Cory Schneider, Elections Board chairman, was pleased with how the election process went.
"We're very pleased with how smoothly these elections came to a close," Schneider said in an e-mail. "Though we heard much from our critics, the Board and I have the utmost confidence that each decision was made in the very best interest of the student body. We can each sleep well knowing that."
