Rain returns overnight


 Today: It was a record breaking day across central Indiana, as many places broke the record high for today. Here in Muncie, we reached a high of 74 degrees, breaking the previous record of 67 set back in 1994.


Tonight: Rain showers push their way back in with the passing of a cold front. Rain showers will stick around through the early morning, and temperatures will plunge to 42 overnight.



Tomorrow: Temperatures will remain in the lower 40's for a large portion of southern Indiana, while regions up north will flirt with the 40 degree mark. Rain will stick around for much of the day.



7-Day Forecast: Rain remains for the remainder of the work week and weekend before clearing conditions start to set in starting next Monday.
