Beautiful Tuesday before rain returns Wednesday

Tonight: Southerly flow will aid in keeping temperatures from falling too far tonight. We'll see clear weather with temps in the mid-30s.

Tomorrow: A spring-like feel will be in the air on Tuesday, with temperatures near the 60° mark and abundant sunshine overhead.

Rain Chances Mid-Week: After a nice dry start to the week, rain will return to the region on Wednesday. We will likely see rain around for the morning commute Wednesday and it will last through the afternoon hours. A second system pushes in on Thursday, which will bring heavier rain to the region. As cold air pushes in behind the system, a few snowflakes may fly in the late hours Thursday evening.

7-Day Forecast: Temperatures remain above average this week, providing a mild end to February. March rolls in with rain, though clear weather conditions are expected for the weekend.
