Kline was preliminarily charged with criminal trespass and was booked into the Delaware County Jail on a $2,500 bond.

Kline was previously arrested Jan 18. by officers after he was seen in the Johnson A lobby. He was released a short time later on a $1,000 bond.

Kline was issued a no trespass order on university property in December of 2015. A reason for the trespass order was not released.

Senior media strategist Marc Ransford said that Kline has never been enrolled at Ball State. If anyone sees Kline on campus, they should call University Police at 765-285-1111.
