Tornado sirens in Muncie, are there enough?

<p></p>

MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) -- If you have lived in Muncie for longer than a week, you have probably figured out that every Friday at 11 am the city tests the tornado sirens. That is unless you spend your days living or working in one of the many locations around the city that are not listed as being covered by a siren. While this can be cause for concern, it is also important to understand what outdoor warning sirens are meant to and not meant to do. To find out more check out the full story in the video above.
