BASEBALL: Catcher transferring to North Georgia

Ball State baseball’s Sam Tidaback has announced on Twitter that he is transferring to North Georgia.

In 38 games last season, Tidaback had a .183 batting average in 93 at bats. He also had two home runs and 10 RBIs as well as scoring 13 runs.

The 6-foot catcher is entering his junior season and will have two years of college eligibility at North Georgia.
